新型PTFE膜结构专用焊接机

工作原理
将PTFE材料放在焊接区域内，当机器工作时，温度达到两片PTFE材料间胶带材料的熔点，从而达到焊接效果。
应用范围
此款机型为新机器，机器有一个热模，一个冷模，依靠气压转换工作状态，机器先焊接后冷却，防止材料由于冷却时出现褶皱。
根据PTFE材料的特点和工程技术，我厂有针对性的开发了许多不同类型的焊机，如单刀加热式焊机，轨道式PTFE焊接机，PTFE带冷却系统式焊接机等多种机型，以便提高生产效率以及焊接美观度和牢固度。
PTFE薄膜焊接机广泛用于焊接的PTFE材料， PFA，FEP ，PVDF等。

Working principle:
Put the PTFE film in the welding area, when the PTFE film welding machine is working, the temperature of two welding horns reach 450-500°C，let the high temperature adhesive tape material（between two PTFE film）reach the melting point，so achieve welding effect.
Applications:
There are 2 molds in this machine, one is heating mold (welding mold), the other is cooling mold. This kind of machine no need to move the PTFE film from the heating mold to cooling mold, so it does not appear product is not flat.
