I am from Slovenia and have a question regarding ingredients of your Pastel de Nata. Slovenia accepted very high restrictions on trans-fatty acids in foodstuffs. The maximum permitted TFA level in foodstuffs is 2 g per 100 g of total fat content in the foodstuff applying to the following products (prepackaged and non-prepackaged):
vegetable oils, fats and fat emulsions; and
foodstuffs containing such oils, fats and fat emulsions.

My question:
- do your Pastel de Nata meet the criteria our legislation?
- if yes, can you send me certificate or result of laboratory, proving that frozen Pastel de Nata contains less TFA then 2 g per 100 g of total fat
